Seven Psychopaths Review...

A great movie, about someone failing to write a movie. Seven Psychopaths, written and directed by In Bruges director Martin McDoughal and  staring a party of amazing actors and assorted talents is a genre jumping crime film, that similar to Tarantino's work, actually works. With plenty of swearing, dismembering , and exploding heads, there is also a very good feeling of heart, and intelligence. And ultimately  personally, a very easy film to relate to. Anyone who is an aspiring writer/filmmaker will concur. This movie is by no means for everyone  hell I'm not sure if it's for anyone but me, but I like it so much that I am indeed recommending it to you. By all means watch this, but do not expect any specific genre, for which is it's trademark is to throw you through a genre storm, ranging from hilarity to tear jerker, to 14 year old boy violence. With Christopher Walken, Woody Harrelson, Colin Farrell, and Sam Rockwell all at the top of their game and this as one of my favorite films of the year, it ultimately, is a 8/10.
